What we do

Three ways to work with us — an assessment, a readiness day, and hands-on advisory. No pricing pages, no packages. Every engagement starts with a conversation.

Engineering Readiness Assessment

The deep look. Two days, on-site or remote.

We interview your engineers, put them in realistic lab scenarios, and observe how work actually flows through your team. Then we write it down: a readiness report covering what the team does well, where the risk lives, what is missing, and how to fix it — in priority order.

Who asks for this: CTOs and VPs of Engineering with a team of 10–50 that “has Kubernetes” but lives with slow deployments, a feared production environment, or onboarding that takes a quarter.

Production Readiness Day

The focused version. Eight engineers, four hours.

Five realistic incidents — the kind that happen at 3 AM, rebuilt from production experience. Your engineers solve them; we observe how they think, decide, and communicate under pressure. Every participant receives a personal readiness report; the team gets a summary.

Who asks for this: engineering managers — for team development, onboarding acceleration, or hiring calibration. Teams repeat it quarterly to see movement.

Engineering Advisory

Hands-on expertise for cloud-native platforms: Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, GitOps, delivery pipelines, platform engineering.

We keep advisory deliberately capped and focused. Every engagement must leave your team more capable and your systems better documented — if an engagement would make you dependent on us, we won’t take it.

How an engagement starts

Always the same way: a 30-minute conversation, free, with no pitch. We ask how your team hires, onboards and develops engineers today. If we can help, we’ll say how. If we can’t, we’ll say that too.
